Performance Enhancement ?
This article is quite old now (2004), but the recent farcical nature of world swimming and the current swim suit fiasco has made me wonder how different wearing “performance enhancing suits” (physical or environmental manipulation) is to “physiological manipulation”?
Are “speed suits” in the spirit of competition? If so- how are they different to “physiological manipulation” by external means?
