Back on the Job!
Well it’s been some time since my last post- something for which I sincerely apologize!
I’ve been busy with a return to work following my shoulder operation and rehabilitation- and subsequently tweaking my life trying to achieve that all important work-life balance! Something I’m pretty sure I haven’t got down yet- but stick with me- the intention is there!
I also wanted to share with you my efforts to separate my personal blog from my Sports Science and PhysioFitness musings- I wanted to change this blog to a more personal recording of my efforts to achieve work life balance.
